These are strange times we live in … many are quarantined to their homes, out of work, out of toilet paper, even out of food.
We have the difficult job of balancing the needs of our business and families while balancing our client’s needs while also helping the taxpayers maintain justice.
We ARE bonding people out of jail. We are offering creative financing plans and exploring every option so that people are able to go home. We are offering creative contact as well for people who are sick or at risk.
We ARE receiving payments from people who are still working. Please honour your commitment to us; if your paychecks are continuing we need you to continue paying. Please call to arrange payments.
We ARE working with clients and cosigners who have a temporary hardship. So many of you work in restaurants, hospitality, or home services, and many of you are laid off.
We’re not here to make your burden greater. For most we will either do reduced payments, if you are truly without income we can set a new payment date a few weeks out and then if things aren’t back to normal, we’ll do it again. Please call us immediately to make arrangements; we need defendants to sign a new memorandum of agreement (this protects your rights). Call 910-632-0554 if you were bonded from New Hanover, Brunswick, Onslow, Duplin, Pender or other coastal areas or 910-640-2318 if you were bonded from Columbus, Bladen, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Wayne, or anywhere else.
If we can help in any way please don’t hesitate to let us know.
